Account Deletion

SolarAlign makes it easy to completely remove your account and all associated data from our servers. Follow the instructions below to delete your account.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the SolarAlign application on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Account screen using the navigation menu.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile information.
  4. Tap the "Delete Account" button (highlighted in red).
  5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Read the warning carefully.
  6. Tap "Delete Permanently" to confirm the action.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you confirm account deletion, the following actions occur immediately and cannot be undone:

  • Your authentication credentials are removed from Firebase Authentication.
  • Your primary user profile document is deleted from Firestore.
  • All sub-collections associated with your user ID, including all saved Installations and Production Logs, are permanently purged from the database.

Security Note

For security reasons, Firebase requires a "recent login" to authorize account deletion. If your login session is old, you may be prompted to sign out and sign back in before the deletion can be completed.

If you no longer have access to the app or need assistance deleting your account, please email us directly from the email address associated with your account at boyoapps@gmail.com, and we will manually process your deletion request within 14 days.
